The Escapologist, located in the heart of Seven Dials, Covent Garden, is a Victorian-themed cocktail bar inspired by the underground world of secret societies and notorious gentlemen’s clubs. With its opulent interiors, theatrical flair and immersive storytelling, the venue offers guests a distinctive, tongue-in-cheek drinking experience.

Bryan Lloyd oversaw the full build of The Escapologist, coordinating the delivery of intricate design features, specialist finishes, and complex structural adaptations within a listed building. The venue’s striking interior earned it the Restaurant & Bar Design Award for Best UK Bar in 2017 — a testament to the meticulous execution and attention to detail Bryan brought to the project.
