Once the site has been reviewed, we present a clear offer. If the landowner wishes to proceed, we enter into an option agreement. All planning and professional costs are covered by Lloyd Land Ltd and our partners.

Our team prepares and submits a full planning application within an agreed timeframe. From this point, the landowner has no further actions — we manage the entire process on their behalf.
